At Renine Technologies, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience with our call center CRM product, callbee. While we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, we have a refund policy in place to address such situations.
As a SAAS product, we do not provide a complete refund for our services. However, we offer a 50% refund in the event that a customer has not been able to fully utilize our product within the first 10 days of purchase and has generated no more than two users for the app or manager.
We understand that our customers invest time, effort, and money into using our product and we want to ensure that they are satisfied with the experience. Our refund policy is designed to offer some recourse in the event that our product does not meet their needs or expectations.
To request a refund, customers can contact our support team at callbee@renine.in. We will review the request and process the refund within 7 working days. We also appreciate any feedback or suggestions that our customers may have to help us improve our product and services.
