Welcome to the terms and conditions for the use of callbee - Call Center CRM, owned and operated by Renine Technologies. By accessing or using callbee, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app or web service.
One License Per User: Each user can use only one license for a single instance of callbee. The license is non-transferable and cannot be shared with another user. If multiple users need to use callbee, they must purchase separate licenses.
Prohibited Actions: Users are prohibited from selling, reselling, or sublicensing callbee to any third party without prior written consent from Renine Technologies. Users are also prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of callbee.
Use at Your Own Risk: callbee is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Renine Technologies does not guarantee that callbee will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability: Renine Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use callbee, even if Renine Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination: Renine Technologies reserves the right to terminate your license to use callbee at any time if you breach any of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using callbee and destroy all copies of the software.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
Changes to Terms: Renine Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of callbee after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
